Temperature on Jan. 28th, 2019 in Fargo, North Dakota.
Here was Chicago on the same day.
Look at the same day temperature in Phoenix AZ below.
While deep freeze grips midwest with record-breaking low temperatures, people in Arizona are enjoying warm sunny days and get ready for upcoming Phoenix Waste Management Open (light rain usually would like to attend this event in the past) and Spring Training. Sorry, Phoenix residents did not mean to rub it in, but one question, why do you have to suffer winters like that? Temperatures in Chicago could drop to minus 20 degrees Fahrenheit (minus 29 Celsius) for the first time since the mid-1990s. Temperatures like this are known to cause frostbite, hypothermia, frozen pipes, dangerous driving conditions and vehicles that don’t start. Phoenicians definitely are no experts handling life-threatening low temperature like that, because it’s usually time for golf, baseball and art festivals in the warm sunshine.
